Wirral resident Mike is 53 years old and works for IBM UK. He is married to Jan and has a grown up son, Stephen.

Mike attended Calday Grange Grammar school and read Applied Biological Sciences at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Mike joined the Liberal Democrats when he was 18 and has been an active member ever since. He was part of the winning team in Pensby & Thingwall and was ward councillor there from 2006 to 2010.

In his spare time Mike can be found on his allotment.
