Frank is a former Wirral Councillor and during his time as a Councillor chaired the then Children's Services Committee. He has a passion for Youth Engagement and is Chair of Governors at Woodchurch Road Primary School.
Frank can be relied upon to take up casework issues on behalf of local residents and fight to help them.
